I love my neighborhood. The house is located directly across from an awesome park and library. Electric scooters and bikes are near by to rent that you can take downtown. Located in the heart of Highlands district around the corner from 32nd and Lowell restaurants, bars and shops. Also a few mire minute walk to LoHi restaurants and bars! Very close to downtown. Highway access is super close, only minutes from I 70, I 25 and Speer. Not far from Cherry Creek.

Rent a bike or electric scooter around the corner or walk to Highlands or downtown. Get an uber, cab or lyft to and from downtown for only a few bucks. Bus runs near by too. Minutes from Highways I 70, I 25 and Speer. Wheatridge, Lakewood and Arvada are inly a short drive away. Hopping on the Highway or hopping on a train to the airport is very near.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
